"The Call of Silence: Returning to the Inner Self (March 23, 2025)"
Date: March 23, 2025
Today marks the completion of the third day of silence, solitude, and meditation practice. Being in solitude makes self-observation easier. After spending the third day in the practice of silence, solitude, and meditation, I realized that my true nature is introverted. Due to the responsibilities of daily life, I gradually became extroverted and started to forget my introverted nature. But that is not my true self. People with an introverted nature enjoy solitude, meditation, and silence. They prefer to stay away from crowds, speak less, and remain immersed in their own inner world.
A person should learn to recognize their innate nature. An extroverted individual can excel in management because that path leads outward. On the other hand, an introverted individual can reach spiritual heights because this path leads inward. One path is of power, while the other is of peace. The path of power involves ego and conflict, whereas the path of peace embodies humility and acceptance.
