Vavaniya, March 21, 2025

I am in Vavaniya, the spiritual land of Saurashtra, from April 21 to April 27, 2025. Three great spiritual personalities graced this place — Shrimad Rajchandra, Rambai Maa, and Neem Karoli Baba. The ashrams of these revered souls are located very close to each other. Vavaniya is a land of penance, spiritual practice, and wisdom. These great personalities practiced deep meditation here and attained self-realization.

Engaging in spiritual practice here is a priceless experience. Today marks my first day of spiritual practice, which is now coming to an end. I am staying at Rambai Maa Ashram, accompanied by the devoted Jasangbhai. The joy of practicing meditation here is profound.

My daily schedule includes meditation from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM, followed by a walk from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Silent contemplation takes place from 9 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM. From 7 PM to 9 PM, I practice meditation at different spiritual spots. Every evening, I also have the privilege of meditating at the Neem Karoli Baba temple and at the very place where Shrimad Rajchandra attained his self-realization.

The facilities at Rambai Maa Ashram are excellent, and the volunteers are extremely helpful. The main trustee of the ashram, Jasubhai, resides in Rajkot. My first day of spiritual practice has been blissful and fulfilling.
