In India nuns specifically face the challenge of being initiated at a young age yet lack training. Because of this they remain dependent their whole life, and it has become a growing issue. So training needs to be carried out for nuns and indeed for monks, enabling them to give lectures and speeches independently. This training is very important so that they have a voice to elevate people spiritually. They will learn how to give lectures to different groups, how to get over stage fear, gain speech tips, and much more besides.
